FonnIT; ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at fonnit.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide. Specifically:

• Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, and the contents of your message.
• Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message.
• Calendar bookings. When you book a meeting through the inline scheduler on our contact page, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email address, time-zone, and any answers you provide to the booking form. The booking is also tagged with the campaign attribution parameters (UTM) carried in the URL you arrived from, so we can understand which outreach a meeting came from.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically log standard request data such as IP address, user-agent, and timestamps for security and operational purposes.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visitor patterns (pages viewed, approximate location, device type, referrer). Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and may collect a truncated IP address. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising or remarketing.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking the relevant cookies in your browser.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about a potential engagement.
• Send proposals, scoping documents, or related correspondence you have requested.
• Maintain the security and reliability of the website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing emails.

Service providers

We use the following third-party services to operate this site. Each is bound by their own privacy practices:

• Vercel — hosts the website and processes incoming HTTP requests.
• SendGrid (Twilio) — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Calendly — handles meeting scheduling on the contact page. Calendly's embed loads from their domain and sets cookies for session and scheduling state. See Calendly's Privacy Notice.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — provides aggregate visitor analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communication. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at fonn@fonnit.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
