Two cartographers worked full-time drawing dredging maps from coordinate data by hand, hundreds of arcs per day. Replaced the manual loop with a serverless AWS platform that generates dredge extraction maps and computes volumes from operator reports — $10/month run cost, three years live with zero downtime.

Bitrix24 open-channel ↔ WhatsApp integration orchestrating AWS Lambda + SQS + EC2 to avoid message loss and hold availability under peak — 1,000 msg/min steady on t3.medium, 14,000 msg/min at peak.
