Every day at FonnIT, we design, build, and ship a complete production application — not a toy demo, not a proof-of-concept, but a working tool that solves a real business problem. We’ve been doing this since day one, and it’s become the core of how we operate.
Why daily builds?
The answer is simple: building is the best way to stay sharp.
Enterprise consulting can lull teams into a pattern of meetings, slide decks, and slow iteration cycles. We think that’s backwards. The best way to help our clients move fast is to move fast ourselves — every single day.
Each daily build forces us to:
- Make hard scope decisions — you can’t build everything in a day, so you learn what actually matters
- Stay current with tooling — we use the latest frameworks, AI models, and infrastructure patterns because we exercise them constantly
- Ship under pressure — there’s no “we’ll finish it next sprint.” It goes live today or it doesn’t count
